Life Skills & Reentry Support
We help residents prepare for work and independence with resume help, job training, education referrals, and reentry planning for justice-involved individuals.
Case Management & Individualized Support
Each resident works with a case manager to set personal goals and access vital resources like medical care, IDs, Medi-Cal, employment, and housing assistance.
Enhanced Care Management & Community Supports
Through our partnership with Partnership HealthPlan, we assist residents needing extra support post-hospitalization, during recovery, or when facing housing instability.

Our mission is to provide transitional housing and whole-person support services that foster healing, stability, and independence for individuals affected by substance abuse, mental health conditions, incarceration, and housing insecurity.
